What I find interesting is that by a mix of trial and error, plus some basic AV knowledge (hobby of mine) we came up with almost exactly the same tech set up as you. The only differences were (1) We had a 3rd camera – a tablet logged in to the ZOOM, that went round the room with the mics, so the remote people could see in-room speakers close up (2) we had the facilitator cam close to the speaker and in line of sight so you looked at the room and online people at the same time and yes – (3) we moved the second screen with theonline faces on to a side wall where both room and speaker could see it. But the most important tech choice was using handheld cardiod mics for the room – to avoid feedback. Happy to talk more and swap notes if you are still interested in this topic
